Terrible place! Full of tobacco-smell everywhere and local country drinking in the evening. Shower didn't work. I used my stick to flash the toilet. Room temperature 13 C. Terribly dirty windows and carpet. Even their flag - ramada -was dirty. Civilized people - don't stop there! They must be in some economical trouble ( somebody's else soap, poor quality breakfast)

Isolated,near motorway,even with window closed noisy could hear motorway traffic.staff unfriendly, don't seem to smile and not very helpful except for one exception. When we got to hotel there was refurbishment going on hotel reception was dusty not good for asthmatics food was very nasty , salad bar was covered with flies and food quality very poor. Not worthy of it's 4 star status more like2/3 star. Would not go back again or recommend to anyone

Would be great to have curtains which completely cut out light in the morning (rather than let some through) and such that are more efficient at keeping away sounds from the nearby motorway.

We enjoyed spacious twin room,also the relaxed atmosphere and general nice service.

Every room should have 2 pillows per bed , one on bed and a spare. Our room had spares without pillow slips. Our second room had no spare pillows. Tea and coffee facilities in room would be appreciated. Free Internet in rooms We are also used to having small fridges in room in most hotels in Australia. Something must be done about the offensive odor at entrance to the hotel. In both of the rooms we had ,in bathroom around toilet there was a strong urine smell,The area appeared very clean so we assumed it was a hotel sanitation problem,

Location,it is on the German/Polish border and very convenient for a transit stop.

Location,I always use this hotel when in transit from Holland to Warsaw.

Very responsive front staff at check in, because in case of reservation on Booked.net just one hour befor arrival, he didnt see my booking at all. I have just Booked.net confirmation on laptop, and we get the room for same conditions as booked. Breakfast also was good. Good location if you travel to Poland direction in late evening

Near BAB12, but road to hotel was not easy and difficult to find hotel if you dont have GPS navigation.

Hotel is well situated along the a-2. Nice rooms with good beds. Mineral water for free

No Wifi available, however as such offered in Booked.net description. Very big minus about this hotel!!!

Service on reception was realy fast

Brekfast time was chaotic. A lot of people, and small staff.

Location to motorway. As we were travelling to and from Lithuania, this location being on the Polish border was ideal.

We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time in room 302 at the front of the hotel looking over the motorway. Incredibly noise from the motorway all night which prevented us getting to sleep as we could not close the windows due to hotel being so hot. The second time we asked to be put at the back of the hotel in room 327. Much better with windows open to keep cool and managed to get to sleep. Management admitted they had a problem with noise.

I stay at this hotel each time I go from Belgium to Lithuania. The staff is very professional and friendly. The restaurant serves up a ratter nice menu of good food for breakfast and dinner. Also, my cat has always been welcomed there.
